Cisco CallManager Least Cost Routing

The following tech recipe describes a simpler method for least-cost routing configuration for Cisco CallManager.
In a simple two-site CCM setup, Site A and Site B have partitions for IP Phones, partitions for 911, local, and long distance calling. In this scenario, each site has a PSTN gateway.
Create a Least Cost Routing (LCR) partition, and add local NPX/NXX route patterns to this new partition for both Site A and Site B.
Add the LCR partiton to the appropriate calling search spaces (CSS) to allow phones to least-cost route between gateways.
